Justin Kenney has worked in the Rockdale County legal arena since 2009.  Before founding the firm that carries his name (The Kenney Law Firm) in 2022 he worked as the Managing Partner of a respected law firm for more than 10 years, as a 3-year Associate Attorney, as a Law Clerk, and as a Research Assistant.

Justin has tried multiple cases in the Civil Court System and defended a large number of misdemeanor and felony cases in the Criminal Court System.  

Kenney has used his education, professional training, and experience to provide clients with a higher level of representation and outstanding customer service.  On behalf of his clients he has drafted and prepared pleadings, conducted in-depth research on a variety of complex legal issues, engaged in an expansive study of case law, and facilitated numerous investigative interviews.

Communication is one area of his legal practice that Justin Kenney has been careful to remain mindful of.  He not only strives to make sure the client is well apprized of their case status but also has a realistic understanding of what might be expected throughout the case process.
